We reprocess nonwoven fabrics (mainly spunbond) fibers, films, resins, etc. that major textile manufacturers deem to be out of product specifications, and provide raw resin materials that are used in a wide range of fields, including automobiles, civil engineering, clothing, and air conditioning. We also make various proposals to textile manufacturers and companies considering using nonwoven fabric products.
What is nonwoven fabric?
Nonwoven fabrics are porous sheets made by chemically bonding fibers with adhesive resins or by mechanical bonding methods, rather than by weaving or knitting them. They have excellent breathability, filtering and heat retention properties, and can be processed into various shapes, making them suitable for use in a wide range of fields.
What is the spunbond method?
Crude oil → naphtha → Grade-specific chips are eluted from a nozzle, and a web is made from continuous long fibers. The spunbond method is characterized by its ability to create thin, soft, and strong nonwoven fabrics.
